Paid for rank but it isn't working correctly?
If you've purchased VIP on an Android device but do NOT have your rank, you'll be able to repair it here.
Login to the Email account you used to purchase VIP via Google Play.
Search for "williamtdr" or "lifeboat" in to find the GooglePlay receipt for your VIP purchase.
Scroll to the bottom of the email and find "Questions? Contact Lifeboat Network". It may also say "Contact WilliamTDR".
Tap "My order was broken or incorrect" from the drop-down.
Type your Minecraft Lifeboat username in the box. Tap "Send".
