Paid for rank but it isn't working correctly?
If you’ve purchased VIP on an iOS device but do NOT have your rank, you’ll be able to repair it here.
Open the Lifeboat app – type your username and password.
Tap the “Login” button to login to your Lifeboat account.
Tap the hamburger menu on the top left of the screen.
Tap the “Upgrades” button.
Tap the “Restore” button to restore your VIP purchase.
Log on to a Lifeboat Sever and confirm you have your purchases. If you do not see them, make sure you are logging in with the correct username and password.
